Everytime I attend events or meet new friends, they always say I look young as a mother of two. Some of them don’t believe I just gave birth to Sophie 5 months ago!
I secretly wish I could be forever young! (Who doesn’t?!) I personally think that we should put in effort to maintain our health as well as outlook. Given our busy and hectic life, it is all too easy for us to take our skin for granted.
Well, I guess to maintain, it all begins with basic steps. And some hard work!
WATER and VITAMINS. I don’t know how one lives without these two! I always make sure to drink a few glasses of water in the morning. Sometimes, I’ll add some fresh lemon to warm (not boiling) water. Lemon water in the morning gives you a boost of energy, flushes the body of toxins, and helps overall digestion. It also contains Vitamin C needed for collagen production for cleaner, smoother, and healthier skin.
Make sure you supply enough vitamins in your diet too! Oranges are an excellent source of vitamin C, dietary fiber, Vitamin B1, potassium, and Vitamin A! Kiwis, berries, and papayas are great options too! A glass of water a day, keeps the doctor away!
After breakfast and good hydration, I’m ready to prepare for the day! Today, I’m excited to introduce you to the latest addition to my daily routine – the Olay Miracle Duo with the Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream and the Olay Regenerist Miracle Boost Youth Pre-Essence! Let me take you through both products and share how I use them daily!
Right – Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream (Moisturizer)

Olay Regenerist Miracle Boost Youth Pre-Essence is designed to boost the penetration of the anti-aging activist in your moisturizer. This increase skin cell metabolism and renewal for stunning, youthful skin that looks up to 10 years younger! (OMG)
Its unique auto-dropper ensures the exact and right amount of pre-essence is delivered in every single application.
The texture is cooling and very easy to spread out. It also has a baby lotion scent, which I was very surprised of! I advise to apply this twice a day after toner and before serum and moisturizer.
Next up is the Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream. It is the result of over 50 years of research and is Olay’s most advanced, award-winning, and best-selling anti-aging cream. It is formulated with concentrated Amino-Peptide Complex and Hydra-Firming Complex to lift, firm, and micro-sculpt for younger looking skin.
The texture is thick when draw out from the tub, but once massaged onto your skin, spreads quickly. It somehow makes your skin feels relaxed and very hydrated!
Not sure if you can tell the left is much smoother than the right hand! But let me zoom in for you!
When I tested it on my hand, I could tell my left hand is visibly smoother, brighter, and pores appear to be much smaller. It’s quite a miracle!
On to my daily skin care routine!
After cleansing, I apply toner and let my face sit for a minute. Then I’ll proceed with Olay Regenerist Miracle Boost Youth Pre-Essence. Unscrewing the cap will draw the product automatically. Just press the pump to dispense and pat the essence into your face. Two pumps each time should be more than enough!
Love how it doesn’t leave any sticky residue once applied! Remember to avoid the eye and lip area since this isn’t designed to target those areas.
I then move on to Olay Regenerist Micro-Sculpting Cream. Draw a small amount of cream from the tub using a spoon or your fingertips then massage onto your face and neck.
Use upward circular motions and focus on areas like the brow and jaw line like so. (Your contour area when you do makeup! Steps to smaller face!) Same story, not targeted for eyes so avoid getting on your eyes and lips!
After massaging it gently on your face, you’ll notice the cream absorbs quickly and your skin will feel so comfortable and lifted!
After just one week of trying it out, I’m loving it so far! I see that it helps reduce fine lines, the moisture from the product lasts whole day as well! Every time I apply makeup after, it doesn’t make my face ‘cakey,’ giving me happy and hydrated!
