I believe I haven’t shared with my readers here that Jacob is officially promoted to big brother! Still overwhelms me everyday I wake up to see two babies sleeping next to me. Sometimes I wonder, how time flies! Looking at baby Sophie, it reminds me of everything when I just gave birth to Jacob 3 years ago.

Baby Sophie is so soft and gentle, makes Vincent afraid to carry her sometimes! Haha silly husband! She has very girly features and her cries are so soft and she knows how to smile already! So far my confinement has been very smooth! But the weather didn’t help at all. Lucky thing is I’m not allowed to move around much during confinement. But still, there are some simple chores that I will have to do on daily basis.
My daily routine is quite fixed now and I realised I haven’t shared with anyone of you what do I do everyday! Haha. I won’t bring you through the breastfeeding routine (maybe I’ll share some thoughts next time) but I like spending time with my baby girl in the morning by talking to her, sing a song, bath time and changing diaper!
It makes me feel connected to her. It touches me everytime she reacts to my voice. Sometimes people say babies don’t know anything but I believe they know! Also, have I shared with you guys Merries is my favourite diaper brand? I have been using Merries diapers for Jacob since he was born, and now with Sophie! We did try a few other brands because I had no experience back then. I have heard some good reviews for Merries from my mummy friends but I needed to test it out. True enough, we experienced diaper leaks, rashes (due to sensitive skin) and some discomfort with other brands. And we finally settled with Merries.
